Short and plain: we collect as little as possible and only use it to answer you.
Who we are
CT Marine Global, Rotterdam, The Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Contact: info@ctmarineglobal.com.
What we collect
- Details you enter in the contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone, vessel and your message.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
Why and on what basis
We use form data only to answer your request and follow up on it, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and fonts are served from our own server. The E26/E27 readiness check runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to contact us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and deleted after a maximum of two years without further contact.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by e-mailing us. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
